What is the RealSpace Automatic Rental Payment Plan (“RARPP”)?
The RARPP is a free service offered by RealSpace that allows RealSpace to automatically deduct your rental payments directly from your checking account as an ACH (automated clearing house) debit.
What are the benefits of entering into this plan?
The RARPP is the most convenient way to automatically make your monthly rental payments. It is a service that saves you time and money every month as you can avoid writing checks or bringing in your cash payments; you don’t have to pay for postage; and you can avoid being charged late fees if you forget to make a timely payment.
Does this agreement change the terms of my lease?
No. The terms of your lease are not affected by the RARPP agreement, and in fact, will supersede the RARPP agreement. This plan is offered as a convenience for all RealSpace tenants.
When will my account be debited and for what amount?
RealSpace offers you the flexibility to choose a payment date between the 1st and the 8th of the month. If your payment date falls on a date that is not a bank business day, then the payment will be debited on the next bank business day. The payment must be exactly the amount of your entire monthly rental obligation. This program cannot be used for non-recurring payments.
What happens if I change banks?
Any changes to this agreement must be made at least 10 business days prior to the change taking place. If you change your banking institution or you want to make any other changes to the RARPP agreement, you must submit a new RARPP agreement to RealSpace.
How do I cancel this agreement?
This agreement may be cancelled at any time with at least 10 business days prior written notice sent to RealSpace by regular mail or E-mail (

How do I enroll in the plan?
Visit www.RealSpaceDFW.com/ACH and either (i) complete the online form, or (ii) print the online form, complete the form by hand, and fax, email or mail to us. Either way, we will need a copy of your voided check before we can start the program.
