Ryan is a licensed real estate professional, licensed insurance agent, and private pilot with over fifteen years experience in aviation related development, hangar sales and leasing, ground lease negotiations, and aviation related property management and marketing. In the private sector, Ryan has been involved in the design of eight airport developments and assisted in the negotiation of numerous ground leases at airports in Texas. Having also worked as an airport manager for over five years, Ryan understands both sides of the fence when it comes to developing property at municipal owned airports.
